
US hip hop stars The Black Eyed Peas and Hong Kong pop singer Karen Mok played a private charity concert in Shanghai,Tuesday. The event was organized to raise money for victims of the Chinese earthquake.
It’s first time the Shanghai Concert Hall has staged a contemporary music concert in its 78 years of history. The Black Eyed Peas played to help raise money for victims affected by the massive May 12 earthquake. The band has dominated charts worldwide both as a group and as solo artists.
Appearing in support of The Black Eyed Peas was Asian superstar Karen Mok. Born in Hong Kong, Karen is one of Asia’s most dynamic, successful and highly regarded singers and actresses.
