Scandal seems to follow her around everywhere lately, but now teen sensation Miley Cyrus is hitting back at accusations she ripped off another band’s song.But now a spokesperson for the ‘Hannah Montana’ star insists, she doesn’t write any of her music…she just sings the songs.  So they will now refer the incident to parent company, Disney
